• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• $115 per adult plus taxes and fees
•  $35 per child ages 2-10 plus taxes and fees
• Full payment is due at the time of booking. Reservations are non-refundable but transferrable to another guest.

Please note that Herons will be closed for breakfast that morning. For In-House guests or those without a Herons reservation, a breakfast buffet will be available in the Bar & Lounge from 7:00–10:00 AM for $35++ per person.

Spring Awakening: Embracing the Flowering Notes in Every Glass​

Celebrate and learn about the fresh, fragrant side of wine.  This masterclass highlights aromatic varietals bursting with blossom and perfume, revealing how certain grape varieties, terroir and winemaking bring floral notes to life in every glass.
